Every Thursday night, from 5:30 - 9:30 pm, Chef Taylor will be hosting an intimate, hands-on evening of fresh pasta making at Danny Kay’s.

You’ll be welcomed with a glass of Prosecco and a spread of charcuterie and cheeses before settling in for a relaxed, guided experience with Chef Taylor. We begin with a short look into the history of pasta, then move into the craft itself — learning how to mix, knead, and roll dough by hand.

You’ll create your own pastas from scratch, with step-by-step instruction in a small, cozy group setting. Once everything is prepared, we’ll sit down together to enjoy a pasta tasting featuring the dishes you’ve made, served with wine throughout the evening.

At the end of the night, you’ll head home with your handmade linguine nests, freshly extruded semolina pasta, and a ball of 00 flour dough so you can continue the experience in your own kitchen.

$125 per person

Limited to 8 guest each week. 

Wine is included, though guests are welcome to BYO a special bottle if they wish.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change!

If you need to cancel your reservation, you'll receive a 50% refund. If we're able to fill your spot with another guest paying the full class price, we'll gladly refund the remaining 50%, giving you a full refund.

Our classes are intentionally kept small, and last-minute cancellations can make it difficult to fill a seat. We truly appreciate as much notice as possible if you're unable to attend. Thank you for your understanding and support—we can't wait to welcome you to a future class!
