The O'Leary Family

Hi! We’re Krista and Jordan O’Leary—partners in life, food, and Danny Kay’s. We’ve both worked in restaurants for over 20 years, and over time, we’ve built a few of our own. This latest chapter brought us to Tequesta in 2024, where we’re happily settling in and doing what we love most: feeding people.
Jordan’s Italian roots run deep—three of his grandparents immigrated from Italy, and he grew up with homemade pasta and meatballs on the table multiple nights a week. We both love pasta, cured meats, fresh bread, good cheese, strong coffee, and making things with our hands.
We also have two young boys who love helping out at the shop—whether that means greeting customers, sampling too many cookies, or “supervising” from the counter. Danny Kay’s is an extension of our kitchen at home: simple food made with care, using the best ingredients we can get our hands on. Whether you’re grabbing a sandwich, ordering charcuterie, or planning a party, we’re so glad you’re here.
